Work for a district/charter school? If you work for a district/charter school, DDOE cannot assist you directly with account management or login issues; support requests should be sent to your technology department. The educator credentialing support teams can assist with any questions or concerns that are account management or login related.

Once your request has been received, we will generate a ticket and respond back to you from our ticketing system. Please only complete one support request per issue. We respond to issues in the order they are received.

All fields except “phone number” are required. You must include a brief description of your issue or the form will not be submitted.
