The Delaware Higher Education Office (DHEO) is dedicated to providing students and families with information and resources to fund their postsecondary experience. Opportunities to pay for postsecondary education can come in many forms including federal aid, state aid, institutional aid, and local and private organizations. Students and families should explore all of these opportunities throughout their post-secondary experience.
