Is there financial assistance toward education in Early Childhood?

Currently, the State of Delaware has a cohort with Delaware State University. They are offering scholarships towards educators seeking a higher education in Early Childhood: Early Childhood Innovation Center | Innovative Support for Children (desu.edu).
