College, Scholarships and Financial Aid

The Delaware Department of Education (DDOE) believes all students must pursue education after high school to become successful in their chosen career and life. Depending on the student and also the career, education may mean an apprenticeship program, certification, two-year or four-year degree, entrepreneurship or military. DDOE ensures opportunities are accessible and affordable for Delaware students and their families. As part of DDOE, the Delaware Higher Education Office (DHEO) works to increase access and success to all Delawareans in their career and college goals through advocacy, program management, scholarships and financial aid.
