The following programs partner with the Department of Education’s Office of Early Learning to provide early care and education to children and families in their local communities. State Funded Early Care and Education partners provide services for eligible families of infants, toddlers, and 3 -and 4-year-old children. The following families are eligible to apply: families whose income is equal to or below the federal poverty level, families with children in foster care, families with children experiencing homelessness, and families with children with documented delays or disabilities (IFSPs and IEPs).
