Educator Evaluation
The Delaware Performance Appraisal System, or DPAS-II, is Delaware’s statewide educator evaluation system. It provides performance expectations for students, educators, and leaders across the state’s schools.

The Comprehensive Induction Program provides a structure of support for new educators to become familiar with state and local policies, enhance and strengthen their professional knowledge and practice through ongoing coaching cycles, collaborative and reflective practice and assessment of their growth and impact.
