Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission Report

This annual summary report contains findings from the Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission Delaware State Council including accomplishments and activities through the year. The resulting recommendations are intended to guide efforts to overcome challenges encountered by the children of active duty service members such as enrollment, eligibility, placement and graduation.
