Assessment of Delaware Public School Funding

The Assessment of Delaware Public School Funding report offers analyses and recommendations to help ensure Delaware meets its state constitutional requirement to provide adequate education to all students.

This independent assessment was part of a settlement with the State of Delaware, Delawareans for Educational Opportunity, and the NACCP Delaware State Conference. The settlement was followed by legislation making Opportunity Funding permanent.
