Attuned Education Partners

Attuned builds the capacity of PK-12 organizations to drive educational equity and excellence for underserved students. Our team of practitioners – including former teachers, coaches, principals, principal managers, curriculum directors, and Cabinet-level leaders – partners with school systems to prioritize, tailor, and implement a diverse set of proven practices with a specific focus on high-quality instructional materials. We blend research and practice, rigor and empathy, planning and implementation, district and charter expertise, and quality and scale.

About Our Team

We have 24 facilitators on our team, 13 of whom are from diverse backgrounds or underserved populations.

Service Overview

Attuned provides workshops, coaching, collaborative structures, and consultation to support both initial and ongoing implementation of high-quality instructional materials. Our workshops are thoughtfully designed to drive adult learning through modeling, practice, and inclusive discourse. Coaching includes on-site and virtual touchpoints, co-observation, and strategic planning aligned to implementation goals. We facilitate PLCs using liberatory design principles to analyze data and determine responsive next steps. Our consultation services help leaders align efforts, navigate challenges, and engage stakeholders. Across all offerings, we emphasize equitable, sustainable practices that build system and leader capacity for lasting instructional improvement.

Building District Capacity

We build district capacity by aligning leaders from the classroom to the cabinet around a shared vision for high-quality instruction. Through required, central office leader-led professional learning, we develop curriculum and content expertise across principal managers, principals, and coaches, who then provide turnkey support to teachers. Coaches facilitate lesson internalization and ongoing implementation support to increase instructional quality and student impact. Between sessions, we lead collaborative classroom walkthroughs to norm on instruction, identify targeted next steps, and monitor impact. This cycle of learning, observation, and coaching ensures responsive, sustained capacity-building at all levels of the system.

Addressing Equity

Our professional learning and services are designed to advance equity and have helped partner systems close achievement gaps for historically underserved students at three to five times the rate of their states. We support educators in connecting high-quality instructional materials to equity, utilizing culturally responsive teaching practices, and building a shared instructional vision. Leaders are equipped to coach and monitor effectively. We also disaggregate participant feedback to assess the extent to which our learning spaces are inclusive, responsive, and affirming for all.
