Secretary of Education scheduling requests

Thank you for your interest in including the Delaware Secretary of Education at your event. All invites and speaking requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance for consideration.

Required information

Please email your request in the following format to secretary.invite@doe.k12.de.us. Provide as much detail as possible.

  • Event time (include start time and end time)
  • Specific time request for Secretary (include start time and end time)
  • Is there flexibility with the date or time? (If yes, please provide alternative dates/times.)
  • Event location
    • In-Person (Provide location address)
    • Virtual (Provide platform and link)
    • Hybrid (Provide all in-person and virtual information)

  • Audience: (Include all that apply)

In general, scheduling requests will be confirmed or denied at least two weeks prior to event.
