The Delaware Department of Education (DDOE) provides support to public school districts and charter schools overseeing gifted and talented students. Under Delaware Regulation 902, districts and charters must provide services to support gifted students. Each district and charter is responsible for creating an individualized plan outlining these supports.

Families seeking more information about gifted programs should contact their local school district or charter school office.
