The 2025 DIAA Individual Wrestling Championships will take place at Cape Henlopen High School, Saturday, March 1, 2025. More information will be posted in February.

2025 Individual Wrestling Dates

Last day of competition – Saturday, February 8, 2025
Committee Meeting (Individual Seeding) – Sunday, February 23, 2025
Individual Wrestling Prelims – Friday, February 28, 2025
Individual Wrestling Semis/Finals – Saturday, March 1, 2025

Tournament Dates

The tournament for the 2024-2025 wrestling season the tournament will be held on Friday, February 28 and Saturday, March 1, 2025. Inclement weather dates are Saturday, March 1 and Sunday, March 2, 2025.

The 2025 tournament will be held at Cape Henlopen High School.

NFHS Wrestling Rules Clinic: All Rules Clinics will be offered through the NFHSLearn platform. The online rules clinics will take the place of the standard webinar format that has been used in the past. Rules clinic participation is mandatory and upon completion a certificate will be awarded. Online rules clinics are available for all coaches and officials.
