Rules Clinic Schedule & Registration

All Rules Clinics will be offered through the NFHS Learn platform and further linked to Dragonfly for officials registration.  The online rules clinics will take the place of the standard webinar format that has been used in the past.  Rules clinic participation is still mandatory and upon completion a certificate will be awarded.  Fall rules clinics are available no later than August 1 through Tuesday, September 3rd.  Winter rules clinics will become available Monday, October 28th (Basketball will be available on October 30, after the in-person Rules Clinic) and should be completed no later than Monday, December 2nd. Spring rules clinics will become accessible on Monday, February 24th.  and should be completed no later than March 24th.

To access the rules clinics, follow the directions below:

1. Go to www.nfhslearn.com and Sign In. (If you need any assistance accessing your account, click the “Help” button at the top to contact the NFHS Learning Center Help Desk).
2. Once signed in, go to Delaware Rules Clinic (2024-2025) Course (nfhslearn.com)
3. Make sure the state drop-down menu says “Delaware” and Click “Order Course.”
4. Once you have completed the order process, you can find your course in the “My Courses” section of your Dashboard.
5. Once you have completed the Rules Clinic, make sure to download your certificate for your records.
   1. AD’s – please collect certificates of completion from your head coaches
   2. Officials – course completion certificates should automatically populate in DragonFly as long as the official signs into Dragonfly and accesses the virtual clinic through their Dragonfly account.
