Rules Clinic and Exams Schedule & Registration

Rules Clinics for Officials

All DIAA Rules Clinics are offered through the NFHS Learn platform, with registration and tracking linked to DragonFly. This online format replaces the previous webinar system and streamlines the process for officials. Participation in rules clinics is mandatory for all officials. Attendance at the in-person clinic is expected, and the virtual make-up option should only be used in cases of serious scheduling conflicts.

Fall rules clinics are available no later than August 2nd through September 15th.  Winter and spring rules clinics dates will be announced later in July.

To access the rules clinics, follow the directions below:

  1. Go to www.nfhslearn.com and Sign In. (If you need any assistance accessing your account, click the “Help” button at the top to contact the NFHS Learning Center Help Desk).
  2. Once signed in, go to Delaware Rules Clinic (2025-2026) Course (nfhslearn.com)
  3. Make sure the state drop-down menu says “Delaware” and Click “Order Course.”
  4. Once you have completed the order process, you can find your course in the “My Courses” section of your Dashboard.
  5. Once you have completed the Rules Clinic, make sure to download your certificate for your records.
    1. AD’s – please collect certificates of completion from your head coaches
    2. Officials – course completion certificates should automatically populate in DragonFly as long as the official signs into Dragonfly and accesses the virtual clinic through their Dragonfly account.
