The DIAA publishes a State Tournament Manual for the fall, winter, and spring seasons.  The state tournament manuals are intended to provide detailed information concerning the organization and administration of DIAA State Championships.  A thorough review of the general information pertinent to all of the tournaments and the specific information for each sport is provided in these manuals.  The rules and procedures contained in each manual are applicable only to that season’s state tournament and are not intended to govern subsequent championships or to be binding on future committees.
