2026 Track & Field Tournament Manual
The Qualification Standards can be found in the state tournament manual.
The 2026 DIAA Boys’ and Girls’ Outdoor Track & Field State Championships will be held on Friday, May 15th and Saturday May 16th, 2026 at Dover High School.
Dover High School, located at 1 Dover High Drive, Dover, DE 19904.
The meet will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and 11:00 a.m. Saturday.
2026 Outdoor Track & Field Information
Team Arrivals and Drop Off – Teams are permitted to arrive at Dover High School after 2:30pm on Friday. Please do NOT arrive any earlier. School Administration has asked that all participants abide by this request given school dismissal time and extreme traffic congestion at that time. The DIAA asks that everyone respect this request.
Two gates will be opened to participants at 2:30pm to allow . The stadium home side gate will remain open while the back gate by the scoreboard will be open from 2:30-3:30 pm. A map has been provided by Dover HS for reference.

Children 4 years old and younger are admitted without charge to all games.

The NFHS Part Two video walks through the fundamentals of recording results for horizontal jumps, vertical jumps, and throwing events. This training is ideal for new volunteers, student workers and officials who may be helping run a meet. NFHS Rules Clinic: All Rules Clinics will be offered through the NFHSLearn platform. The online rules clinics will take the place of the standard webinar format that has been used in the past. Rules clinic participation is mandatory and upon completion a certificate will be awarded. Online rules clinics are available for all coaches and officials.
