2025 DIAA Unified Flag Football & Class 3A Football Champions Crowned

Dover, DE — November 28 —The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) proudly announces the 2025 DIAA Unified Flag Football and Class 3A Football State Champions.

UNIFIED FLAG FOOTBALL CHAMPIONS – CAPE HENLOPEN

No. 5 Cape Henlopen claimed the title with a hard fought 46–34 victory over No. 2 Caesar Rodney.

CLASS 3A FOOTBALL CHAMPIONS – MIDDLETOWN

In a highly anticipated rematch of the 2024 Class 3A Football State Championship, No. 1 Middletown secured back-to-back titles with a 28-14 victory over No. 2 Salesianum.

DIAA extends its sincere appreciation to the Unified Sports Committee and the Football Committee for their dedication and leadership throughout the season. We graciously thank Delaware State University for serving as the host site for this year’s championship games

Congratulations to all teams who competed in the 2025 DIAA Unified Flag Football and Class 3A Football State Tournaments. We commend every student-athlete, coach, and school for their hard work, sportsmanship, and perseverance this season.
