2025 DIAA State Tournament Updates – Saturday, May 17
Dover, DE – May 16, 2025 – The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) congratulates the teams that have advanced in tournament play following Saturday’s full day of championship events. Below is a recap.
Boys Volleyball – Quarterfinal Results
Congratulations to Charter School of Wilmington and Appoquinimink High School for advancing to the DIAA Boys Volleyball Semifinals, scheduled for Tuesday, May 20.

Girls Soccer – Division II Round 1 Results
Congratulations to Archmere Academy, Newark Charter School, Delmar High School and St. Andrew’s School for advancing to the DIAA Girls Soccer Quarterfinals. Division I and Division II Quarterfinal games will be played on Wednesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 22. See brackets for details.

Track & Field – 2025 State Championships
Dover High School came alive as athletes from across the state competed in the 2025 DIAA Track & Field State Championships and the Unified Track & Field State Championships. The day was filled with incredible performances, personal bests, and powerful displays of teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.

Tennis – Round 1 & 2 Results
The action is heating up on the courts as Rounds 1 and 2 of the 2025 DIAA Tennis State Championships wind down for the weekend. The competition is heating up as we head into the quarterfinals, set for Monday, May 19. Visit the Tennis Webpage for updated brackets, match schedules, times, and locations.
Please note: Tickets are required only for the Finals on Wednesday, May 21. Admission for all earlier rounds of tennis are free.
