Eligibility Roster Submission

STUDENT ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY FORM SUBMISSION UPLOAD TOOL:

Per DIAA Regulation 1008/1009.2.9.1 – Member schools shall use eligibility forms approved by the Executive Director and must be received prior to the first contest for which the students listed are eligible.  Failure to file an eligibility report as prescribed shall result in a $50.00 fine against the school.

2.9.1.1 In the case of a student who met all DIAA eligibility requirements but was omitted from the eligibility report due to administrative or clerical error, the student shall be adjudged eligible and the school assessed a $25.00 fine.

High Schools (only) – Rosters of participating student athletes in DIAA Championships should also be submitted to DIAA using the portal below before the first championship event.

School’s submissions are timestamped as to follow DIAA Regulation 1009/1008.
