DIAA Unified Basketball Championship Matchup Set

DOVER, DE – March 3, 2025The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) Unified Basketball Championship matchup is officially set following the semifinal round on Monday, March 3. 

No. 4 Indian River defeated top-seeded Dover 38-24 to secure their place in the championship game. On the other side of the bracket, No. 2 Caesar Rodney claimed a 37-18 victory over No. 6 Appoquinimink to advance. 

The DIAA Unified Basketball Championship will feature No. 2 Caesar Rodney taking on No. 4 Indian River for the title on Sunday, March 9, at 5:00 p.m. at the University of Delaware. 

Ticket & Broadcast Information: 

The Unified Basketball Championship will be the first game in the championship doubleheader, followed by the DIAA Girls Basketball State Championship. Fans attending the Unified game should purchase a ticket for the Girls Basketball Championship, which will grant admission to both games. 

Tickets can be purchased through University of Delaware Ticketing. Additional details regarding the ticket release date and time will be shared later this week.
