Nomination Statement

“Cierra Holmes is the daughter of Tomika Holmes and Dwayne Hudson is committed to her academics; and is a hardworking and driven young lady. She is a member of SHS National Honor Society Member. Cierra is involved with clubs and organization that support her community. She has volunteered within the community to support local families with holiday food donations. She has actively participated in Band, Key Club, Pathways, and Talent Search. In addition, Cierra maintained a job will during her 11th and 12th grade year. Cierra has been accepted to multiple colleges this fall.”

“My motivation comes from striving to be the best that I can be. I have always set high expectations for myself. The high expectations I have set for myself has allowed me to excel in my academics and school activities. My mom has always taught me to try my best in everything that I do. As I move forward in my educational career, I know that working hard and trying my best will continue to motivate me to be the best that I can be, in all that I do.”
