Nomination Statement

“Daughter of George and Heather McCabe of Selbyville, Brynn is a well-rounded hardworking student who has a grade point average of 4.55. Brynn has been involved in various extracurricular activities, including being president of the senior class, member of the Leo Club, the Health Occupations Students of America, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the National Honor Society and the Student Council. She has also been a member of the field hockey, soccer and the unified basketball teams, and has earned several awards and recognitions. In the fall, Brynn plans to attend the University of Pennsylvania and major in biomedical science.”

“From a young age, my parents have instilled in me the importance of grit, passion, and diligence. They encouraged me to try new extracurricular activities, challenge myself academically, and embrace mistakes that foster growth. In high school, I have taken it upon myself to manage my time and go above and beyond in all assignments. Thanks to my parents, I understand that I must work hard in order to reap the benefits later in college and in my future profession.”
