Nomination Statement

“Daughter of Esther Suberro, Anjolie Suberro is a hardworking, self-motivated and ambitious student at Woodbridge High School. She is currently ranked second in her graduating class with a 4.17 cumulative grade point average. Anjolie is involved in many areas at Woodbridge High School. She is currently the president of National Spanish Honor Society and is involved in Student Government and National Honor Society. She is also the captain of the girls’ soccer team and cross country team. Anjolie plans to attend Penn State University majoring in biobehavioral health on a full-ride scholarship called the Penn State Bunton Waller Fellowship.”

“My inspiration comes largely from the faith that I have in God as a Christian. I am successful because of God’s strength and his intelligence that he gives me in every aspect of class. In addition to this, God has blessed me with family support which drives me to be the best version of myself. My mom, aunts, grandma, and uncles encourage me to achieve greatness. This strong foundation is what made me reach for the stars in my academics.”
