“Daughter of Tosha Cannon and John Teagle, Tyasia is a combination of devotion to quality, growth, and progress. Tyasia is ranked No. 1 in her graduating class, is an AP Scholar with Distinction, and received the Rensselaer Medal Award. Tyasia has been a leader for several school organizations including, president of NHS, treasurer for Teen Vision and HOSA, and a member of Black Communities and more. She is the consummate musician and philanthropist participating in elite performance groups and different community projects. Tyasia will attend the University of Pennsylvania on a full-ride Questbridge scholarship to study neuroscience.”
