The English Learner Guidebook provides districts/charters English learner administrators, coordinators and teachers with clear guidance for the implementation of English learner programming. This updated guidance document reflects current legislation, including Delaware’s ESSA State Plan. The Guidebook allows for districts to move beyond compliance and toward best practices for supporting English learners.
