About our organization

Instruction Partners is a nonprofit that works shoulder to shoulder with educators to support great teaching and accelerate student learning. Focusing on small systems, we work to ensure equitable access to great instruction for students in poverty, students of color, students learning English, and students with disabilities. We help leaders diagnose and strengthen sustainable, content-specific professional learning structures so that teachers can deliver exceptional Tier 1 instruction that addresses every student’s learning needs.

Service description

Our HQIM implementation model helps leadership teams strengthen instruction and accelerate student learning through side-by-side observation of practice, action-planning, and leader/teacher capacity-building. We use walkthroughs to gauge the strength of curriculum implementation and standards-aligned instruction and use instructional vision-setting, unit-planning, and feedback and coaching as levers for improvement.

Delivery method

These are delivered in person or online with most components happening synchronously. Bridge-to-practice experiences happen asynchronously.
