About our organization

The Delaware Math Coalition Professional Teaching & Learning Team is committed to supporting the skillful use of high quality instructional materials (HQIM) and providing sustained support to assist teachers and coaches in more skillfully enacting lessons from their adopted HQIM. Our model is designed to deepen teachers' content and curricular knowledge and is grounded in research (Kersting et. al, 2010, 2012, 2015) correlated with more ambitious teaching and higher student achievement.

Service description

Our Keen Eye Video Analysis Coaching Workshops are purposefully designed to help instructional leaders (coaches, specialists, and administrators) develop the skills and knowledge to support their teachers in achieving more ambitious mathematics teaching by maximizing the impact of their pre and post-lesson video analysis conversations.

Delivery method

We support virtual and in-person workshops. Virtual sessions range from one to four hours. Face-to-face workshops are usually seven hours in length.
