Nomination Statement
Noah Benz, son of Francoise and Nick Benz, is a dedicated scholar and leader. He helped relaunch the school’s Science Olympiad club, competed at the state level, and serves as treasurer of the Science National Honor Society, supporting tutoring and outreach initiatives. An accomplished math competitor, Noah has placed highly in regional Math League events. He is also a member of two statechampionship soccer teams and has earned DIAA Scholar-Athlete recognition. Noah’s academic excellence, leadership, and service reflect his intellectual curiosity and commitment to his community. He plans to pursue post-secondary studies in a STEM field.

From a young age, they fostered my curiosity in science and math, encouraging me to ask questions and embrace challenges. They pushed me to take advanced courses not just to succeed, but to discover what excites me. Their belief in my potential inspires me to aim higher. My soccer coach has also built my discipline and resilience, making me more competitive and driven in all I do.”
