Nomination Statement
Sa’Niya Watson is a motivated and dedicated student who stands out in all her endeavors. She has received multiple accolades for academic accomplishments and is one of the few students allowed to co-op beginning sophomore year due to achievements in both academic classes and her career area, Graphic Arts. She is one of the first-ranked students in a class of 374 with a GPA of 4.23, a National Honor Society member, a frequent volunteer in the community, and has completed five dual-enrollment college courses this year. She intends to study business management in college as well as real estate.
“Everything I do I put forward my best efforts because that's all I know. A big part of my success and ambition comes from my mother. All my life I have seen her make the impossible possible. I have many role models who have shaped me into the motivated female I am today. Two of my older cousins started their own businesses. Seeing them strive for greatness pushes me to want the same. They are my biggest support system.”
