Nomination Statement
Haley Pickinpaugh, daughter of Scott and Kimberly Pickinpaugh of Seaford, ranks first in her class with an exceptional 106.25 GPA. She excels in the competitive Certified Nursing Assistant program and has challenged herself through Advanced Placement and dual enrollment courses. An active member of National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Key Club, and Hand of Hope, Haley demonstrates strong leadership and service. She gained valuable experience in TidalHealth’s Cardiology Department, is fluent in Spanish, and completed independent science research aligned with her goals. Haley plans to pursue pre-medicine studies and is committed to making a meaningful impact.
