Nomination Statement
Katelyn is the daughter of Hing Khov and Jacqueline Lam. Katelyn has embraced many of the IB Learner Profile characteristics. She is knowledgeable, reflective and principled. She is active in the school's Girls Empowered Club, Blue Gold Club and the Diverse Student Leadership team. Katelyn is a member of the volleyball and lacrosse teams and was elected by her teammates to hold the role of captain. She was recognized for her academic achievements and was inducted into the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society. Katelyn plans to attend college in the fall.

In addition to this, my mom and my dad have inspired me to push the boundaries and flourish beyond the limits with their undying support by my side. ”
