Nomination Statement
Son of Khuyen Le of Vietnam, Ngoc Tran is admired member of the Glasgow family. He is described as an intelligent, determined student that is a thrill to have in the classroom. He ranks first in his graduating class with a 4.53 cumulative grade point average. Tran is currently enrolled in Advance Placement and dual enrollment courses while being a valuable member of the Key Club and Business Professionals of America. After graduation he plans to attend the University of Delaware on scholarship pursuing a degree in biochemistry in hopes of working in the medical research field.
“It is not easy to predict the future. Life is a constant-changing environment; thus, I have to continuously prepare and improve myself to adapt to the change. My family always encourages me to learn for my future. My school always provides me with the opportunity to improve myself. My teachers always assist and help me push beyond my limit. They all motivated me to be a better version of myself as I walk the path of life.”
