“In 8th grade, while helping bandage a friend's foot, I realized that medicine was my calling. Pursuing a career in medicine has been my motivation throughout high school. In times of adversity though, I find strength in remembering a quote my parents often repeat: 'All you can ever do is try your hardest'” Thanks to the support of my parents, I’m fulfilled and satisfied by the knowledge that in the classroom and on the field, I’ve always tried my hardest.”
