Delaware\u2019s vision is that every learner across the state leaves school ready for success in college, career, and life. In order to achieve this vision, teachers must provide students with high-quality, standards-aligned instruction every day. For teachers to be fully prepared for every lesson, school leaders must then provide teachers with standards-aligned instructional materials and the support needed to use those materials well. <\/p>\n

The purpose of professional learning is to build all educators\u2019 (administrators\u2019, coaches\u2019 and teachers\u2019) capacity to create successful learning for each and every student. Educators committed to high-quality professional learning hold high expectations and assess professional learning\u2019s impact on educators and students. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Professional Learning Summit Series <\/h2>\n

The 2022 Delaware Professional Learning Summit Series continues DDOE\u2019s commitment to supporting successful curriculum adoption and implementation by providing school and district leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to develop these plans for high-quality professional learning for the 2022-2023 school year. <\/strong><\/em>The Professional Learning Summit Series will take place virtually on Tuesday afternoons in March. Registration links for each individual session are provided below.<\/strong> <\/p>\n
