About Our Team
Curriculum Associates has seven full-time and seven per diem professional learning staff assigned for Delaware, with 80% of the full-time and 30% of the per diem employees coming from diverse backgrounds or underserved populations. In addition to the staff assigned for Delaware, Curriculum Associates can draw on surrounding states to ensure capacity for implementations as needed.
Service Overview
For Magnetic Foundations, our professional learning offerings strengthen instructional practice to create engaging, foundational literacy classrooms through in-person or virtual sessions for teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders. Sessions cover topics from getting started to using data to inform instruction and more.
i-Ready Classroom Mathematics professional learning is designed to move teachers and leaders along the continuum from product to practice at each phase of their learning: New, Practicing, and Advanced. Districts/schools are supported in building a bundle of sessions aligned to address specific needs.
We offer educator program guides and professional learning resources to support educators throughout the school year.
Building District Capacity
Our programs and professional learning are designed to support all stakeholders, with specific sessions and guidance for teachers and leaders. We also offer professional learning touchpoints throughout the year and across years, to build educator capacity in use of our programs for ongoing learning and improvement. Professional learning sessions focus on specific features of the programs and how teachers can use them for individual, group, and classroom instruction, and how leaders can support impactful decisions at the school and district levels. Educators also have access to 24/7 resources.

Our professional learning empowers teachers to effectively utilize program resources, ensuring successful implementation. Sessions are tailored to address the distinctive needs and objectives of schools. Educators have the flexibility to select from a variety of in-person and virtual options, crafting a professional learning experience that enhances instruction and promotes student growth.
Success Central offers a 24/7 support site with resources around planning, teaching, and differentiating, in addition to an Online Educator Learning platform with continued training opportunities.
