ConnectED

ConnectED strengthens systems by elevating math teachers as instructional leaders through distributed leadership and high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). We build sustainable improvement using Reciprocal Coaching-structured peer observation cycles that promote reflection, feedback, and shared growth. Through RewindED, educators collaboratively analyze teaching videos to deepen instructional practice. Co-constructed observation tools, agreed-upon look-fors, and data protocols help align leadership and instruction, fostering collaborative ecosystems that drive equitable math outcomes and lasting systemic change.
