About Our Team

Our Professional Learning team includes 76 full-time and 49 part-time professionals. Our commitment to diversity is reflected in our team composition: 30% of our full-time members and 27% of our part-time members bring diverse backgrounds to their roles. Furthermore, our team’s global reach is strengthened by the fact that 20% of our full-time staff and 33% of our part-time staff are multilingual.

Our High Dosage tutoring program is supported by a robust team of approximately 1,000 available tutors. A significant strength of our team is its diversity: over 20% of our tutors are multilingual, enhancing our ability to serve a wider range of students, and more than 30% of our full and part-time tutoring staff bring diverse backgrounds to their roles.

Service Overview

Carnegie Learning’s professional learning services provide educators with ongoing, research-based training, coaching, and support focused on effective, student-centered instruction. Their offerings include workshops, embedded coaching, and customized professional development aligned with curriculum and district goals. Additionally, Carnegie’s high-dosage tutoring program delivers personalized, data-driven support to students, typically in small groups, multiple times per week. Led by certified tutors, this program is designed to accelerate learning, close achievement gaps, and build math confidence, all aligned with core instruction for maximum impact.

Carnegie Learning builds district capacity by partnering with all stakeholders-district leaders, building leaders, and teachers-to create a cohesive, long-term strategy for instructional improvement. Carnegie offers tailored professional learning, leadership coaching, and data-driven planning to align goals across levels.
