We are a team of educators committed to building high-performing, equitable schools. In partnership with local educators, we improve instruction and leadership through content- and curriculum-specific training. Together, we build schools and systems that help all students succeed. Service description

We support leaders to adopt HQIM and create a strong plan for implementation and professional learning for teachers and leaders. We then provide ongoing curriculum-specific training and coaching on foundational or advanced topics to teachers and leaders to support curriculum use and improve student learning.

Science of Reading Professional Learning

Service description

During multi-day trainings, teachers learn the research behind the science of reading, build skills to lead phonics-based reading instruction, internalize units and lessons, and plan supports for diverse learners. For leaders, we provide multi-day trainings, conduct instructional walkthroughs, and engage in strategic planning to support early literacy instruction.
