Delaware offers several opportunities for educators to participate in deep and engaging professional learning focused on standards-aligned instruction. Resources include links to webinars, videos, and self-paced resources.

eLearning
The Department of Education offers self-paced, standards aligned eLearning courses that provide anytime, anywhere access for our educators. These learning opportunities are designed to build teacher capacity in instructional best practices across content and speciality areas.
Planning for Virtual Teaching
Educators are invited to attend a five-day seminar with presenters from Research for Better Teaching (RBT) to address the following topics: social-emotional development of classroom climate, planning decisions for well-structured lessons, formative assessment, criteria for success, and effective feedback. Sessions will be held Jan. 12, 13, 19, 21, and 26. Sessions can also be designed to meet the needs of your school, curriculum, grade level, content area, or other specific need as requested.
