The <a href=\"https:\/\/education.delaware.gov\/diaa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/06\/slc_application_2018_student_form-fillable.pdf\">Student Leadership Conference application<\/a> must be submitted by the second Friday in April.<\/p>\n<p>Typically, DIAA covers the cost of the registration fee, all meals, and two nights lodging for attendees. Attendance is limited to 40 student delegates. One student delegate is selected from each of the previous year&#8217;s high school recipients of the DIAA Sportsmanship Award.
