Rules Clinics for Officials<\/span><\/h3>\n

The DIAA is returning to “in-person” rules clinics (unless otherwise specified).  In person attendance is mandatory for all officials.  Attendance at the in-person clinic is expected, and the virtual make-up option should only be used in cases of serious scheduling conflicts.  Please reach out to your officials association to alert them about any concerns.<\/p>\n

If an absence is approved by the DIAA, all Make-up Rules Clinics will be offered through the NFHS Learn platform.  Officials Registration and tracking of all course requirements is linked to DragonFly.<\/p>\n

In-person Fall rules clinics are scheduled between August 8th – August 18th (see chart below). <\/strong><\/p>\n

In-person Winter rules clinics are scheduled between October 15th – 27th (see chart below). <\/strong><\/p>\n

All DIAA Sports Rule Clinics are offered through the<\/span> NFHSLearn platform.<\/strong><\/a> Officials can also access the link through their Dragonfly account.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How to Access NFHS Learn Rules Clinics<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

To access the rules clinics, follow the directions below:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to www.nfhslearn.com<\/a> and Sign In. (If you need any assistance accessing your account, click the \u201cHelp\u201d button at the top to contact the NFHS Learning Center Help Desk).<\/li>\n
  2. Once signed in, go to Delaware Rules Clinic (2025-2026) Course (nfhslearn.com)<\/li>\n
  3. Make sure the state drop-down menu says \u201cDelaware\u201d and Click \u201cOrder Course.\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Once you have completed the order process, you can find your course in the \u201cMy Courses\u201d section of your Dashboard.<\/li>\n
  5. Once you have completed the Rules Clinic, make sure to download your certificate for your records.\n

    1. AD\u2019s \u2013 please collect certificates of completion from your head coaches<\/li>\n
    2. Officials \u2013 course completion certificates should automatically populate in DragonFly as long as the official signs into Dragonfly and accesses the virtual clinic through their Dragonfly account.\n
