2021 DIAA Girls Soccer Champions

Dover, DE (June 2, 2021) The DIAA D1 & D2 girls soccer championships were held last night at Dover High School. Padua Academy won the D1 soccer title by defeating Smyrna High School, 2-1. This is Padua’s 11th girls soccer championship and they defended their 2019 title. It was Smyrna’s first appearance in the championship game.
In D2 action, Caravel Academy won their 6th girls soccer state title by defeating Saint Mark’s High School, 3-2. The buccaneers also defended their 2019 state title. (No girls soccer champions were crowned in 2020 due to COVID-19.)
