She plans to major in Chinese and political science while preparing for a career in law and public service. A dedicated, persistent leader, Madeline serves as captain of the varsity cross country team and also competes in varsity softball and soccer. She volunteers with the Christina School District Chinese Immersion Program and works at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, developing patience, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
