Mirta ranked second within her class, with a 4.49 GPA. She is a dedicated student taking Advanced Placement, dual enrollment, and Academic Challenge courses. She also is heavily involved in her school and community, volunteering at a local hospital, serving as an officer in her school&apos;s NHS and Student Government Association, and being a board member in Sussex County&apos;s Youth Philanthropy Board.
