Nomination Statement
Meghan Bowers is a devoted and passionate student. She has served as the captain of the cross country team, a player on the soccer and indoor track team, a member of the select choir, vice president of HOSA, a member of the National Honor Society, a member of the Student Government Association and has recently joined the drama club for the spring musical. She volunteers by joining her choir and singing around the community. For her future, she plans to pursue nursing at a school she hasn't decided on yet.
“My life has been ruled by the humbling idea that we only live once. However terrifying, it is a constant reminder that every moment counts and that we should not let it go to waste. The ultimate achievement is to look back at my life and not regret it. Even though it is only high school, it is never too early to start striving for success and to plant the seeds for the future.”
