“I've always been motivated by an urge to try and make other people's lives better in some way, shape, or form. Every time I feel like I can't do anything, and I'm completely out of energy, I try to focus on how I've made someone smile or feel better, and use that to push on. Life is difficult and volatile, but that lack of certainty means that as something can go wrong, it can equally be made better.”
