As a New Castle Youth Planning Board member, Sabrina learns about the importance of urban planning and public policy, and how they intersect with social justice. After graduation, she'll attend college to double major in computer science and sociology and pursue a career based on advocacy.
“I believe life is too short to not explore its possibilities, leading me to explore and connect my passions in sociology, advocacy, computer science, and my Asian heritage. My personal heritage and background of being the daughter of immigrants, first generation, Chinese American, and so much more, define my identity and desire to help establish an equitable world. I hope to become a social changemaker to help underserved communities access opportunities and resources I never had.”
