Nomination Statement
Mollie Lukowski is a driven and ambitious individual, actively engaged in numerous extracurricular activities throughout high school while maintaining a 4.4 GPA. Running cross country for four years, she was named captain in her junior and senior years. Additionally, she is passionate about music, playing clarinet for 10 years and tenor saxophone for five. Learning and knowledge are very important to her, constantly seeking opportunities to expand her understanding. She wants to continue to learn about innovations in science and technology and her plan for next year is to go to college pursuing a degree in molecular biology.
“In school, my parents have consistently motivated me to excel. Since elementary school, their unwavering support has been prominent. From helping with homework to driving me to school every morning, they have instilled in me the value of an education. Without their support, I would not hold the same values or mindset I do. It is because of them that now I can continue without their guidance but with my own drive for academic success.”
