Nomination Statement
Max Santos, son of Scott Santos and Amy Santos, is a driven and passionate individual who strives to make the most out of every day. He serves as the vice president of the National Honor Society and is a member of the Student Government Association. Outside of school, he is a classically trained ballet dancer. In the summer, he volunteers with HOBY Delaware, and he enjoys playing piano and guitar in his free time. In the fall, he is undecided about where he will pursue his academic interests, majoring in political science.
“Throughout my life, dance has been a major focus for me. I've dedicated countless hours to this art form, and it has benefited me immensely. Furthermore, my experiences as a male ballet dancer have shaped me into the person I am today. I've made so many precious friends and memories, and I've learned so many skills that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.”
