Nomination Statement
Daughter of Anne Shuman and Matthew Urban, Grace Urban is a student whose thirst for knowledge motivates her in all that she does. She is currently ranked second in her graduating class with a 4.6 cumulative grade point average. Grace is currently enrolled in dual enrollment courses at Wilmington University. She is the captain of the Christiana High School Color Guard. She also plays the viola in the orchestra and is a member of theatre at Christiana. Grace is currently undecided about which college she will attend but plans to major in the field of science.

With the support of my family, I am very fortunate to have been able to truly explore any subject I wanted to. This thirst for knowledge pushes me forward and contributes to my hard work in school or otherwise. ”
