Nomination Statement
Elizabeth Talamini-Kelemen, the daughter of Kurt Kelemen and Rory Talamini, is a dedicated and hardworking individual. She is ranked second in her class with a 4.0 cumulative grade point average. She excels in her career technical area of healthcare andrehabilitation taking two dual enrollment courses with Wilmington University and Delaware Technical Community College. She is a volunteer at Camden-Wyoming Firehouse's Auxiliary and works two jobs as an assistant coach for Stick It Gymnastics and House of Champs. Elizabeth plans to attend Liberty University to pursue a degree in biomedical science while competing on Liberty's track and field team.
“Growing up, my family and friends have helped me look at the glass half full in everything I do. I learned through many mistakes and was taught how negativity can drag you down. Most importantly though, I learned to trust God through my mistakes because he knows what is best for my success. Despite any trials or tribulations, I have my faith holding me strong and trust in those around me and above to guide me down the right path.”
